Subject to the size and design requirements of your home renovation, Xemplar will advise whether you will need to apply for a Development Approval (DA) (process as per above), or, where your project and design adheres to local area plans, you may be able to apply the self-certification process to simply obtain your Building Approval (BA). Our Construction Manager will work with you and your preferred design consultants or engage our skilled architects, engineers and certifiers to get your project ready for construction.

3D modelling and rendering
This option is for our clients that opt to use the Xemplar design team for either residential home building and renovations or commercial construction.
Via the implementation of 3D modelling for your project, you can develop a true digital representation of the physical nature and characteristics of your entire home or commercial space, that floor plans cannot allow. 3D renderings allow you to understand the functionality of your project, and how it will look and feel on completion.
Interior design consultation
Once you have a developed design, Xemplar will consult with you alongside our team of preferred suppliers and interior design consultants, to guide you through all external and internal finishes and help create your vision. This service includes your color palate, tile selection, joinery design and materials, tapware, window coverings and flooring. From the front gate through to the back fence and everything in between. Xemplar can provide samples and your own touch and feel board to help with your styling choices.
