Our Story
As a young man Rhys grew up on job sites covering SEQLD and Far North QLD, rubbing shoulders with the team that laid the foundation for his father’s Architectural and construction company.
It was there he learnt the value of relationships, and the importance of creating a strong ‘on site’ culture through establishing teams of amazing talent.
Following in his fathers’ footsteps, Rhys completed his degree in construction Management and Applied Science, and gained his experience by working all over Australia on some of the countries land mark projects for top tier contractors. This experience gave him the drive to create his very own construction company known as Xemplar, since 2011.
